Our Marine Safety Services Include:

Hatch Cleaning Jobs : We provide skilled labor for thorough manual and mechanical cleaning of cargo hatches after the discharge of bulk cargoes such as coal, sulphur, timber logs, metal scrap, fertilizers, and other residues. Our cleaning process ensures that hatch spaces are ready for the next cargo—meeting cleanliness standards and charterer requirements.

Hatch Lime Coating : Application of protective lime wash coating inside hatch spaces to prepare holds for sensitive cargoes like grain or fertilizer. This helps neutralize acidic residues and protects the ship’s structure from corrosion.

Tank Squeezing Jobs : We deploy experienced labor teams for manual tank squeezing during discharge operations of cargoes such as Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Crude Degummed Soybean Oil (CDSBO). Our services ensure efficient removal of remaining cargo residues and maximize cargo outturn.

Garbage Removal : Timely and compliant removal of ship-generated garbage and domestic waste as per MARPOL Annex V. We ensure proper segregation, collection, and disposal in line with port and environmental regulations.

De-slopping & Sludge Removal : Safe and efficient removal of slop oil, oily bilge water, and sludge from engine rooms and tanks. Services are performed using certified equipment and disposed of at authorized reception facilities.
